This role reports to Head of Marketing. The Events Manager is responsible for on-site planning and management as well as representing NLand at off-site events. This position requires both strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Life Guard / Surf Guide
This position provides water safety and guest support in and out of the water – no surfing experience required. Essential duties include typical aquatic safety components such as scanning the lagoon, rule enforcement, and rescue and emergency care. Additionally, the Life Guards stationed in the water educate guests about lagoon operations, assist them to enhance their surf experience, and provide safety tips. Swimming proficiency is required but surfing ability is not.
